Location: Must be based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova, or Kazakhstan. Hybrid work available in Lisbon.

What you will do

• Build and evolve production-ready time series forecasting models for revenue, orders, and customers.
• Design robust forecast evaluation frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Analyze and explain forecast drivers and deviations between planned and actual metrics.
• Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for business and product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to align forecasts with business initiatives.
• Develop capabilities for forecast monitoring, anomaly detection, and scenario analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining time series forecasting models.
• Solid understanding of cross-validation and external regressors.
• Experience with data validation and consistency checks for forecast results.
• Proficiency in explaining forecast behavior and identifying key drivers.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with forecast monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Experience in scenario or what-if analysis.
