What you will do

• Build scalable community and ambassador programs to grow the creator ecosystem.
• Develop lasting relationships with creators, studios, and agencies to become a trusted presence.
• Host and lead creator workshops across hirify.global' creative suite (voice, music, image, and video).
• Use data and community insights to track growth, identify trends, and inform product roadmaps.
• Represent the company at AI events, conferences, and community gatherings across the US.
• Define and evolve the creator ICP based on user value and long-term conversion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deeply embedded in creative and AI creative communities with knowledge of key platforms and events.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tooling and a portfolio of work.
• Confidence in leading rooms, running workshops, and performing live demos.
• Data-fluent with the ability to read community metrics and prioritize initiatives.
• Ability to travel regularly across the US (up to 50% of the time).

Nice to have

• Existing audience, newsletter, YouTube channel, or reputation in a creative niche.
• Experience scaling creator programs and running structured educational programs.
