What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer and UGC operations, including sourcing, briefing, and contracting creators.
• Establish a rigorous testing loop for positioning and creative concepts to identify high-converting content.
• Scale successful content through repurposing loops, creator networks, and paid amplification.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and product team to integrate growth hooks into the product experience.
• Analyze ROI and performance metrics to optimize creator spend and campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee external agencies and contractors while maintaining internal strategic control.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or creator growth with a track record of driving measurable outcomes like installs and revenue.
• Deep knowledge of micro-influencer ecosystems, platform tools, and rate cards.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution and data analysis in spreadsheets.
• Ability to execute and ship tests quickly, from concept to live content within a week.
• Fluent English proficiency for high-quality briefing and communication.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate research, scripting, and reporting.

• Experience growing B2C consumer subscription products.
• Background working in early-stage startups with unsolved growth challenges.
• Experience marketing AI-native or emotionally engaging consumer apps.
• Proven track record of building UGC creator pools from scratch.
