What you will do

• Conceptualize and develop high-quality client solutions independently or as part of a project team.
• Execute projects across organizational strategy and total rewards, utilizing analytical tools and techniques.
• Plan project resources and manage the involvement of subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project activities and deliverables.
• Contribute to sector research, methodology development, and the creation of technical proposals.
• Support brand strengthening by leveraging professional networks and identifying opportunities for project expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, organizational design, transformation, or HR policy development.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
• Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments.
