Senior Staff Identity and Access Management Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and deploying resilient IDAM solutions for data infrastructure with an accent on IDP and PAM optimization. Location: Santa Clara, CA. Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.

Salary: $195,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and deploy functional and secure IDAM solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with service owners to establish governance, policies, and requirements for identity functions.
  • Act as a security expert for user provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
  • Develop and specify IAM solutions including password management, SSO, federation, and authentication.
  • Execute the IAM program roadmap as a subject matter expert and solution architect.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM or a related technical occupation.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta (developer and administrator) and Oracle Identity Manager.
  • Proficiency in onboarding applications using SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM protocols.
  • Experience with Red Hat LDAP or OpenLDAP Directory Servers.
  • Technical skills in Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, LDAP, Linux, and Windows.
