What you will do

  • Manage IAM operations and engineering within financial or high-security environments.
  • Oversee the full identity lifecycle, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
  • Implement and manage identity governance tools such as SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk.
  • Develop automation for IAM processes using scripting and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Conduct access risk assessments and apply Zero Trust security models.
  • Handle incident and user lifecycle management using Jira or ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in IAM operations and engineering in high-security sectors.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID, AWS, and Azure cloud identity platforms.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Java for automation.
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
