What you will do

• Lead the development and rollout of pop-ups, experiential podiums, and high-profile platforms.
• Translate brand vision into customer-centric retail concepts with strong storytelling and emotional engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, from creative briefing and design to technical feasibility and agency management.
• Implement advocacy-driven engagement models embedding social sharing and influencer mechanics into activations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Trade Marketing, Digital, CRM, and PR teams.
• Analyze performance KPIs, such as traffic, data capture, and ROI, to continuously optimize retail experiences.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Global Merchandising, Retail Project Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, or selective retail environments.
• Proven exposure to international or worldwide markets.
• Solid knowledge of retail merchandising standards and production constraints.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings (TD).
