Deployment Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with global and regional C-level executives and VPs to discover AI opportunities, assess workflows, and prioritize high-impact use cases.
• Scope business impact, technical effort, integrations, data, platform constraints, edge cases, dependencies, and realistic delivery plans.
• Build hands-on prototypes and demos using the platform, Python, LLMs, and AI-powered coding tools to validate value early.
• Coordinate active deployments, support Forward Deployed Engineers, manage escalations, and keep delivery focused on high-impact outcomes.
• Prioritize use cases across accounts, act as the main business-side customer contact, and translate AI capabilities for executive and operational stakeholders.
• Travel onsite for kickoffs and mapping sessions and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering on reusable patterns, edge cases, and platform improvements.

Requirements

• Technical depth combined with strategic judgment and a history of building things; relevant backgrounds may include engineering, computer science, electrical, industrial or systems engineering, data science, technology startup founding, product management, or technical or strategic consulting.
• Comfortable coding, mostly in Python, and using LLMs and AI-powered tools such as Claude Code to ship prototypes quickly.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and the role of AI agents within enterprise workflows.
• Ability to identify business value in workflows and translate it into impact, effort, and prioritization terms that C-level stakeholders can act on.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and operators, including the ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and drive outcomes rather than activity.
• Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
