What you will do

• Develop and configure custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and declarative tools
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and collaborate with architects and consultants
• Build and deploy features across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds with unit tests and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug issues, provide support during UAT and go-live, and optimize existing solutions
• Participate in Agile processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, and knowledge sharing
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and contribute to design sessions on scalability and performance

Requirements

• Based in Philippines (remote within country)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
• Proven Salesforce development experience in consulting/client-facing roles
• Proficiency in LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and Salesforce integrations
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred)
• Understanding of Sales, Service, Experience Clouds and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-driven mindset

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Additional Salesforce certifications
