What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Salesforce CPQ instance, including product bundles, price rules, discount structures, and quote templates.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Q2O processes, supporting stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Translate business needs into scalable, automated system solutions to reduce manual effort and accelerate deal velocity.
• Design and implement complex, multi-step process automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Integrate AI-powered tools such as Agentforce and Einstein AI to enhance quoting accuracy and data quality.
• Modernize legacy automation within the Salesforce instance, moving toward Revenue Cloud capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with hands-on ownership of CPQ configuration and Q2O process design.
• Salesforce Admin and CPQ Specialist certifications are required.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow for designing complex automation across the Q2O lifecycle.
• Strong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification.
• Experience with APEX coding.
• Experience with integrated GTM tools such as Ironclad.
• Familiarity with AI-powered CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI).
