What you will do

• Execute custody operations processes and create corresponding functional procedures.
• Perform in-depth security and resiliency analysis on crypto assets to identify risk vectors.
• Prepare concise reporting for executive consumption and decision-making.
• Document functional and operational requirements for custody-related product features.
• Coordinate communication between operations, engineering, and compliance teams.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies within custody workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or financial services.
• Ability to work from the NYC office five days a week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
