What you will do

• Set up, operate, and test integrated circuit (IC) devices using automated handlers and manual test methods.
• Communicate test results, abnormalities, and technical issues to engineering staff in real time.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of components, PCB orders, and test hardware.
• Collaborate with in-house engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve production test hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate records for parts, tooling, and bench equipment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor testing or a similar technical role.
• Ability to solder or demonstrate aptitude and willingness to learn moderately complex techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience using laboratory and bench equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
• Ability to perform complex soldering tasks immediately.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on automated test equipment (ATE) or related tools.
