Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH), must be based in Yeovil, UK

What you will do

  • Identify and scope development opportunities to support operational capacity, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets.
  • Collaborate with 3PL stakeholders and suppliers to build business cases for automation and network scaling.
  • Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic plan aligned with business growth and known dependencies.
  • Lead high-profile, multi-million-pound programmes from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Own and manage the customer proposition fulfilment roadmap to drive growth, savings, and efficiencies.
  • Analyze market trends to leverage technology and enhance functional and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Proven successful track record in a senior logistics role.
  • Demonstrable experience leading change within logistics networks and driving operational excellence.
  • Ability to lead and deliver projects using robust project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Track record of successful budget management.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Yeovil, UK for hybrid work.
