What you will do
- Identify and scope development opportunities to support operational capacity, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with 3PL stakeholders and suppliers to build business cases for automation and network scaling.
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic plan aligned with business growth and known dependencies.
- Lead high-profile, multi-million-pound programmes from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Own and manage the customer proposition fulfilment roadmap to drive growth, savings, and efficiencies.
- Analyze market trends to leverage technology and enhance functional and operational performance.
Requirements
- Proven successful track record in a senior logistics role.
- Demonstrable experience leading change within logistics networks and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to lead and deliver projects using robust project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Track record of successful budget management.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Yeovil, UK for hybrid work.
