Vendor Business Manager (Cybersecurity): Acting as the primary liaison between strategic vendor partners and hirify.global to drive Cybersecurity solution growth across the LATAM region with an accent on vendor program execution and business development. Focus on scaling revenue, managing complex vendor initiatives, and supporting go-to-market activities in the Cybersecurity market.

Location: Doral, FL, USA (Hybrid). Ability to travel throughout LATAM as needed (up to 30%).

Salary: $105,500 - $179,400 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between strategic vendors and internal stakeholders for day-to-day operations and business initiatives.
  • Drive vendor programs, marketing initiatives, training, and partner enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.
  • Support and position Cybersecurity-focused vendor strategies within the market.
  • Negotiate vendor contract terms and resolve contractual or invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor vendor performance and deliver business updates to executive-level audiences.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Minimum 8 years of functional experience, with at least 5 years in a position-specific role.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Cybersecurity with strong knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Proven track record in sales, vendor management, or account management.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the LATAM region.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
