What you will do

• Design, implement, and scale the operational infrastructure to support rapid expansion in the US market.
• Take full ownership of project success and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Architect the execution model by building and improving operational procedures from the ground up.
• Manage the annual Operations budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
• Partner with strategic sales to ensure operational feasibility and provide critical inputs for high-stakes deals.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs to identify gaps and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government).
• Proven experience in high-growth environments creating processes from scratch.
• Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing large-scale engineering projects.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 25% for project oversight.
• Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and the HQ in Israel.

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of Project Managers and technical professionals.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into strategic insights for leadership.
