What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to referred patients to educate them on services and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Manage high-volume inbound calls from patients and caregivers with a conversion-focused mindset.
- Verify patient demographics, collect data for approvals, and obtain insurance authorizations.
- Maintain professional relationships with healthcare partners and account managers.
- Document all patient interactions and calls in accordance with company policies.
- Identify alternative resources for patients who cannot be served by the organization.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume phone-based roles such as inside sales or call centers.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM and proficiency in common office software.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close conversions over the phone.
- Must be based in San Antonio, Texas.
