TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA); candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client or corporate locations as business needs require

Salary: $84,000 - $144,900

What you will do

  • Design and maintain analytics-ready data models, including facts, dimensions, and data marts.
  • Develop and manage transformations in the semantic layer using SQL-based tooling and dbt.
  • Define and standardize metrics and business logic to ensure consistency across dashboards and reports.
  • Partner with product, operations, and finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models.
  • Optimize data models for clarity, usability, and performance for self-service BI users.
  • Implement data quality checks and testing at the analytics layer to ensure reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or a related role.
  • Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool).
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, metrics design, and semantic layer concepts.
  • Experience in healthcare-related operations and understanding of industry terminology.
  • Must be based in the USA and able to travel for onsite business needs.
