🚀 Technical Project Manager - Acclaim AI

Acclaim is a voice-first AI CX platform for regulated industries like banking, fintech, healthcare, and insurance. Its AI agents automate end-to-end customer workflows, transforming traditional support processes into continuously improving AI-driven experiences.
⚡We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning to technical handover and production sign-off. You’ll need enough technical understanding to identify issues, explain them clearly to clients, and maintain trust throughout delivery.
Stack / domain: LLMs, voice AI, ASR/TTS
Responsibilities
* Adapt the platform to customer needs and requirements
* Manage customer expectations and ensure successful feature delivery
* Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, including release planning, dependencies, and product coordination
* Estimate development effort and coordinate cross-functional team involvement
* Ensure product alignment with customer requirements and act as the main product owner on our side
* Provide regular project updates and maintain transparent client communication
* Manage project scope, resources, timelines, and budget
* Ensure product quality through thorough testing before releases
* Define and track key product metrics, adjusting goals based on performance and feedback
