What you will do

• Manage end-to-end proposal processes for RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, and unsolicited Federal opportunities.
• Create compelling, compliant narratives that articulate technical solutions and value differentiators.
• Collaborate with GTM, engineering, product, security, and legal teams to translate technical inputs into proposal language.
• Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency-specific guidelines.
• Develop proposal schedules and maintain a reusable library of content, templates, and past performance.
• Analyze win/loss outcomes to capture lessons learned and improve future proposal strategy.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Federal proposals management, ideally within technology, defense, or AI/ML sectors.
• Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting processes and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex technical information.
• Proven ability to lead complex, deadline-driven proposals under tight schedules.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting proposals for AI/ML, data science, or cloud offerings.
• Familiarity with government acquisition pathways such as OTAs, SBIRs, BAAs, and IDIQ task orders.
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
