Software Engineer, Agentic Data Plane (AI Infrastructure): Designing and building services that power the Agentic Data Plane to connect AI agents with enterprise data in real-time with an accent on scalability, reliability, and cloud-native architecture. Focus on developing control and data plane components across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and ensuring a 99.99% SLA for enterprise-grade agentic services.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (minimum 3 days/week on-site)

hirify.global is pioneering the Agentic Data Plane (ADP), a new category in AI infrastructure for connecting AI agents with enterprise data and systems.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate features for ADP and cloud services on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Ensure high standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in on-call rotations to improve operational health and reduce escalations.
• Implement resilience and observability for enterprise-grade cloud services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and operating production services in public cloud environments.
• Proven track record of owning features from design to production.
• Proficiency in Go or a similar systems language.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IaC for system and network infrastructure.
• Strong English communication skills for working in a globally distributed, async-first team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Background in building or operating SaaS platforms.
• Experience with streaming platforms (as a user or provider).
