What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive policy and procedure library across GSIS domains including intelligence, executive protection, and crisis management.
• Establish and own the GSIS metrics and reporting framework to provide leadership with reliable operational visibility.
• Design and implement new security capabilities in response to emerging risks, ensuring seamless transfer to operational teams.
• Triage high-priority stakeholder requests and lead cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, IT, Facilities, and Finance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support regulatory, customer, and partner diligence requests.

Requirements

• Substantial program management experience specifically within the corporate or physical security domain.
• Proven track record of building security programs and capabilities from zero in high-growth environments.
• Working fluency across multiple GSIS domains: intelligence, executive protection, investigations, and security operations.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear documentation for both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Visa sponsorship is available, though not guaranteed for every candidate.
