Lead Clinical Operations Specialist (Healthcare AI)

hirify.global is building a national medical imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers and manages the diagnostic imaging pathway from ordering through final report delivery.

What you will do

• Handle detail-critical clinical operations work by cross-referencing patient, imaging center, radiologist, customer, and client communication data.
• Own the team's quality standard by building checks, spot audits, and feedback loops that reduce errors and escalations.
• Act as the escalation point for imaging center and radiology group issues that fall outside standard procedures.
• Build and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials for scalable team execution.
• Identify and deliver AI-assisted or automated workflows that remove manual cross-referencing and quality-control work.
• Manage sensitive patient data in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations and client-service work involving sensitive data.
• Clinical radiology knowledge and direct clinical experience are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detail-critical work accurately and lead by example.
• Experience improving SOPs, training programs, and quality-control processes for growing teams.
• Strong data-manipulation skills; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are considered a baseline.
• Ability to evaluate and implement AI workflows safely for sensitive patient data, with direct communication and resilience in ambiguous environments.
