Senior Physician, Oncology – Medical Affairs & Clinical Review (AI)

What you will do

• Review and validate AI-abstracted diagnoses, disease stages, biomarkers, treatment histories, laboratory results, and imaging findings against medical records.
• Evaluate patient eligibility against clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Serve as a clinical quality assurance checkpoint in the human-in-the-loop review process, identifying abstraction errors, edge cases, and misinterpretations.
• Apply oncology and hematology expertise to assess treatment sequencing, biomarkers, comorbidities, and staging considerations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve AI-driven clinical matching workflows.
• Represent the clinical and scientific position in meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and discussions with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Senior, proven clinical background in oncology and/or hematology.
• Experience interpreting EHR data, pathology and imaging reports, laboratory results, treatment histories, and other real-world medical records.
• Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail when analyzing complex or incomplete information.
• Advanced English proficiency for fluent communication in international clinical and scientific settings.
• Established professional network in oncology, hematology, and clinical research, plus experience representing organizations before senior stakeholders.
