What you will do

• Manage daily workflow for multiple accounts and ensure consistent, high-quality media results.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans, including media opportunities and timelines.
• Maintain relationships with influential media members to secure top-tier placements for clients.
• Lead client conference calls and oversee daily interactions to update and report on media relations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and media training to junior-level staff.
• Contribute to new business growth by developing proposals, business decks, and case studies.

Requirements

• B.S/B.A in Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 5-6 years of PR agency experience, specifically within the Health sectors.
• Proven expertise in client relations and supervisory management.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
