What you will do

• Develop bioanalytical budgets, fee estimates, and pricing materials for proposals and RFQs.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to ensure competitive and compliant pricing strategies.
• Manage the financial lifecycle of projects, including forecasting, variance tracking, and WIP monitoring.
• Support the preparation of change orders and evaluate their financial impact on existing scopes.
• Optimize pricing templates and Smartsheet tools to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline proposal and financial workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in proposal development, pricing, or financial support within a clinical or bioanalytical environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and data management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Finance, Contracts, and Operations.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet for project and process management.
• Must be based in the United States to align with operational and financial requirements.
