What you will do
- Manage the entire service sales process, including issuing quotations, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Operate the SAP Service Module for service administration, order entry, and commercial billing.
- Oversee the end-to-end spare parts order process, including ordering, returning, and inventory tracking using MIGO and MIRO.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers or suppliers to ensure smooth execution of service orders.
- Coordinate standard import and export procedures and support engineers with project service matters.
- Provide general office administration and ad-hoc support to the department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- More than 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
