Quality Engineer I (Aerospace)

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 Annually

What you will do

• Maintain quality documentation and develop test procedures for motion control and electronic components.
• Perform document reviews for contract, industry, and regulatory flow downs.
• Utilize analytical tools such as SPC, Gage R&R, 5 Why, and Fault Trees.
• Apply statistical and 6 Sigma tools to maintain internal and external quality standards.
• Manage quote reviews for compliance and quality-related cost assignments.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, or a Bachelor's with manufacturing experience, or an Associate degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
