What you will do

• Define quality requirements for power modules to ensure reliable design and manufacturing.
• Develop and execute qualification approaches for SiC and GaN product developments.
• Analyze failure mechanisms using simulation and predictive analytics to estimate product lifetime.
• Implement international quality standards, including JEDEC, AEC-Q, and AQG 324.
• Serve as the primary technical quality contact for customers, leading complaint handling and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, reliability, manufacturing, test) to resolve quality gaps.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with power module technology and assembly processes.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics, specifically in the SiC/GaN domain.
• Expertise in international quality standards such as AEC-Q101 and AQG 324.
• Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills.
