What you will do

• Manage and optimize assigned wet and blasting cleaning processes to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve yield, cost, and cycle time.
• Define maintenance plans and ensure high process availability.
• Create manufacturing documentation and train production teams.
• Contribute to NPI and ramp-up projects, including equipment selection and procurement.
• Collaborate across production, engineering, and R&T teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or natural science field.
• Professional experience in a production and technical environment.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with technical data management, MES systems, and equipment integration.
• Ability to handle risk analysis (FMEA) and escalation management.
