What you will do
- Support Quality Management in resolving technical non-conformities and ensuring compliance with change management requirements.
- Assist Supply Management with incoming goods inspections and anchor cage pre-inspections.
- Compile and review documentation for pre-assembly, statutory inspections, and release reports.
- Manage non-conformance reports and incidents using specialized tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to order and track missing parts.
- Address quality deviations to ensure long-term operational reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Construction, Civil, Environmental, Materials Science, or Energy) or 5–7 years of relevant wind industry experience.
- Fluent English skills required.
- Solid understanding of health and safety procedures including LOTO, electrical safety, and fall protection.
- Ability to climb wind turbines up to 180 meters in varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with mechanical, rotating, and hydraulic systems.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
