What you will do

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to Team Leads and approximately 60 employees.
• Plan and steer operational processes to meet daily, weekly, and long-term output targets.
• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality, lead time, safety, and cost.
• Manage medium- and long-term capacity and resource planning in alignment with Manufacturing Management.
• Coordinate workforce allocation, including shift and vacation planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on improvement initiatives, ramp-up, and NPI projects.

Requirements

• Technical qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman) with relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a production environment, ideally close to shopfloor operations.
• Up to 3 years of leadership experience guiding teams or organizational units.
• Experience driving improvements or developing production processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
