What you will do

• Own the end-to-end point-of-sale transactions process in a multi-entity environment, from reviewing agreements to tracking revenues.
• Recognize P&L from point-of-sale transactions for each customer program based on partner agreements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage high-volume customer billing cycles to determine cash flow needs.
• Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables and collections.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors and non-accounting functions to drive accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably focused on accounts receivable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including vlookups and pivot tables.
• Ability to perform control procedures in compliance with the SOX control framework.

• Experience working with financial accounting software such as Netsuite and FloQast.
