Salary: $33–$37 per hour.

What you will do

• Support Post Production team members and provide coverage for external partners.
• Manage and update internal tracking systems including Confluence and Airtable.
• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows to automate project tracking and content delivery.
• Oversee media management on Frame.io and facilitate asset distribution via SharePoint and AWS S3.
• Collaborate with Content Operations to review and verify delivery assets for platform launch.
• Manage internal onboarding for new creative stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Post Production Coordinator at a streamer or AVOD platform.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Slack, Frame.io, AWS S3, Airtable, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong project management abilities with a mix of technical and logistical skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects in simultaneous phases of production.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster industry partnerships.
