What you will do

• Execute end-to-end video projects from development to final delivery for marketing, training, and sales initiatives.
• Capture visually compelling footage using professional camera and lighting techniques.
• Oversee and execute editing, color grading, and sound design for all assigned projects.
• Design and implement original motion graphics and kinetic typography to enhance storytelling.
• Develop and optimize content specifically for social media, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage studio operations and routine video equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of related work experience in an ad/marketing agency or design shop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematography, visual thinking, and motion graphics.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and manage photo/video equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
• Specific expertise in social media content creation.
