What you will do
- Manage and implement ad monetisation strategies across multiple titles, ad networks, and demand partners.
- Design and optimise in-game ad placements, formats, and user segmentation to improve ARPDAU, eCPM, and LTV.
- Develop ad operations processes, including mediation setups, waterfalls, and network integrations.
- Conduct performance analysis on key KPIs and run hypothesis-driven A/B tests in collaboration with Product and BI teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with ad network partners and account managers to maximize performance.
- Monitor and manage ad creative quality to ensure a high-quality player experience.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in advertising monetisation, ad operations, or revenue-related roles, ideally within mobile gaming.
- Good understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including mediation platforms and programmatic concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and collaborating with product and data teams.
- Organized approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Interest in mobile games and understanding of free-to-play models.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate reports and summarize data.
