TL;DR

Network & Systems Analyst (Cisco): Support and modernize enterprise network infrastructure with an accent on Cisco ISE, ACI, and secure network segmentation. Focus on vulnerability remediation, NAC implementation, and operational readiness across enterprise and OT environments.

Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite) in Lutz / Tampa, FL Area

Pay Rate: $55 – $65/hr

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, SDN, Cisco ACI fabrics, and OT networks.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation for Cisco routers and switches.
• Configure and deploy Cisco ISE, ACI, Nexus, Catalyst platforms, and wireless access points.
• Implement and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Administer Cisco ISE for device authentication, access enforcement, and posture assessment.
• Collaborate with security and operations teams on DDoS protection, load balancing, and infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements

• NERC Background Required.
• 5–8+ years of network engineering or network systems experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ISE, ACI, Nexus, and network segmentation.
• Experience with router/switch configuration, patching, and SDN environments.
• Proven ability to support secure enterprise network operations and NAC enforcement.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with NetScaler, F5, SolarWinds, or NetFlow.
• Experience supporting Utility, OT/SCADA, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
