What you will do

• Write clean, production-grade Python code for AI integrations and backend services.
• Design and implement LLM-based and agentic AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Optimize RAG systems for production environments.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and client-facing technical proposals.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards across the Python practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Strong Python proficiency including OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM applications and agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and ECS.
• Strong understanding of architectural trade-offs (microservices vs monolith, sync vs event-driven).
• English: B2+ proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping.
• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in additional languages like Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• AWS and Claude Code certifications.
