What you will do

• Lead hands-on delivery for GenAI implementation, proof-of-value engagements, and technical adoption projects.
• Translate complex customer requirements into practical AWS-native AI architectures and implementation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and partner teams to scope and execute high-value engagements.
• Develop reusable technical assets, templates, and standardized playbooks to scale AI delivery across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership during discovery, design reviews, and executive-ready readouts.
• Maintain clear visibility into project dependencies, risks, and measurable success criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, the Netherlands, Israel, Eastern Europe, or Portugal.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing cloud architecture, technical consulting, or field engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS in real-world customer environments.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI/GenAI architectures including Amazon Bedrock, RAG patterns, and agentic AI design.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon SageMaker for MLOps and model monitoring.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Aurora pgvector or OpenSearch.
• Experience with AWS partner-funded programs or Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).
• Relevant AWS cloud certifications.
