What you will do

• Develop and deploy production AI agents that take real-world actions for global companies.
• Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
• Build high-quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Collaborate with customers to translate complex business challenges into technical agentic solutions.
• Own the full technical lifecycle, from architecting and debugging to final deployment.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infrastructure.
• Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to work directly with customers.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
