What you will do

• Develop end-to-end services and processes for employee pay, training, and career mobility.
• Build and scale highly available tier-one services using native AWS tools.
• Automate business processes within a full-stack, mostly serverless environment.
• Solve complex technical problems related to global scale and country-specific regulations.
• Design and test hirify.global-scale enterprise business systems serving hundreds of thousands of associates.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Experience in designing or architecting systems with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, and operations.
