What you will do

• Design and implement features across front-end, back-end, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Own technical work end-to-end, including implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Make design trade-offs for complex or ambiguous full-stack work while considering performance, security, and maintainability.
• Build and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests, applying performance and load testing where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads on engineering standards, design reviews, code reviews, and cross-team technical decisions.
• Communicate risks, trade-offs, progress, and blockers, while providing technical guidance to peers.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience developing full-stack software with Java and Angular.
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure and MySQL or comparable cloud and relational database technologies.
• Ability to produce outline designs and independently own delivery from design through deployment.
• Strong practices in code quality, automated testing, documentation, and code review.
• Ability to assess generated and AI-assisted code, ensuring it is reviewed and maintained to production standards.
• Ability to identify technical risks early and make sound trade-offs across the stack.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with equivalent modern back-end, front-end, cloud, or relational database technologies.
