Base salary: $117,485–$156,318 per year for new hires; the full range is $117,485–$211,605 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions and services.
• Lead complex features and technical initiatives from design through production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience delivering software through the full development lifecycle and independently solving complex technical problems.
• Experience with full-stack development, including React, RESTful design, infrastructure as code, Postgres, NoSQL, containerized systems, and serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, system design, architecture, troubleshooting, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional environments and mentoring other engineers.
