What you will do

• Define and mature the Threat Intelligence strategy, investing in people, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify and profile threat actors targeting hirify.global and its ecosystem, translating intelligence into actionable outcomes.
• Engineer scalable solutions for intelligence collection, enrichment workflows, and analyst tooling.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for report triage, signal enrichment, and threat-informed hunts.
• Collaborate with Threat Detection and Incident Response teams to convert intelligence into detections and control recommendations.
• Mentor other engineers and analysts to raise technical depth and operational maturity.

Requirements

• Significant experience in threat intelligence, cyber threat research, or intelligence engineering.
• Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python or Go for automation and data analysis.
• Experience researching sophisticated threat actors in cloud-native and SaaS environments.
• Ability to handle large datasets programmatically using SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security controls, threat hunting, and detection methodologies.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience building AI/ML-assisted security workflows.
• History of publishing external research or demonstrating thought leadership in security.
• Experience with hirify.global or equivalent cloud data platforms.
