What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and analytics using the Performance Analytics module.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into ServiceNow-native analytics solutions and technical designs.
• Configure and test indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
• Maintain ServiceNow analytic data models, including indicators and historical trending, to ensure data accuracy.
• Apply data governance and quality assurance practices to proactively identify and minimize data integrity risks.
• Collaborate with platform architects, developers, and stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting or analytics.
• Must be based within a 70-mile radius of specified US office locations.
• No immigration sponsorship provided (must not require H-1B, PERM, or other support now or in the future).

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Performance Analytics, or Application Developer.
• Experience reporting on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting concepts, including JavaScript and Glide APIs.
