What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end clinical process for enhanced scans, serving as the primary point of contact for patients.
- Coordinate post-scheduling workflows, including home lab draws with third-party providers and report distribution.
- Support the Provider Education Program by tracking participants and guiding physicians through the application process.
- Act as a liaison between patients, sales teams, and clinical staff to ensure seamless service coordination.
- Monitor patient progress throughout the scan workflow to proactively address delays or issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive patient and physician information.
Requirements
- Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (current or future).
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
