Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator (Healthcare): Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud for a specialty care platform with an accent on integrations, automations, and data integrity. Focus on designing complex Flows and lightweight Apex, managing external integrations like Medscout and Docusign, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant data governance.

Hybrid: 3 days/week (prefer 4-5 days) in Vancouver, BC, Canada

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Health Cloud enhancements including Medscout integration, territory scoring, process automation, data model refactoring, and provider applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex automations using Flows and lightweight Apex for Health Cloud objects like Network Contracts and Provider Relationships.
• Manage external integrations with Medscout and Docusign, partnering with Legal, Security, and Compliance for full feature compliance.
• Drive user adoption through peer demos and office hours, providing subject matter expertise.
• Ensure network data quality via governance reports, dashboards, validations, and audits.
• Maintain technical documentation and data dictionaries for major enhancements.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years’ experience
• 2+ years’ experience with Data Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design (Flows & Apex)
• Ability to create clear documentation of business processes
• Strong governance mindset with knowledge of data modeling and integrations

Nice to have

• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification
• Experience in medical or insurance industries with HIPAA compliance
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, Lucid, Docusign, Medscout
