What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Senior Solutions Architects specializing in media, broadcast, and live-production systems.
• Serve as the senior technical advisor for all media-related projects during presales, design, and delivery phases.
• Partner with Sales and client stakeholders to shape media system strategies and validate technical approaches.
• Establish technical direction for media system architecture, including signal flow, timing, synchronization, and redundancy.
• Provide consultative oversight to Design Engineering and Project Teams to ensure operational viability.
• Translate evolving industry trends in IP-based production technologies into practical guidance for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits and location).
• 10+ years of experience in broadcast engineering, media systems integration, or live-production environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading senior technical professionals or solutions architecture teams.
• Deep expertise in media workflows, signal transport, timing, and synchronization.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS-D, CTS-I, or equivalent broadcast-related certifications.
• Experience supporting stadiums, arenas, broadcast studios, or enterprise media environments.
• Expertise in IP-based media transport and advanced broadcast architectures.
• Experience developing technical standards or reference architectures at scale.
