Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - requires two days in-office per week

Salary: £40,000–£57,000

What you will do

  • Drive revenue and invoices by analyzing supply data and improving booking conversion and Tasker quality throughout the lifecycle.
  • Act as a regional subject-matter expert, tailoring supply tactics to local dynamics and market performance.
  • Provide performance coaching to Taskers through 1:1 and group sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Identify platform gaps using data-driven insights to recommend cross-functional improvements.
  • Design and lead experiments to optimize supply alignment and Tasker success.
  • Lead community engagement efforts, including office hours, profile workshops, and Tasker socials.

Requirements

  • Based in London or within a commutable distance.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketplace operations, customer success, or community management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Strong data fluency and proficiency with BI and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for regional and team events.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing community programs across multiple metros or countries.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Sigma.
  • Background in marketplace or gig-economy sectors.
