What you will do

• Lead new product development for the Home Environment category from early-stage concept to mass production.
• Manage day-to-day project progress, reporting on key milestones, issues, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into product specifications.
• Incorporate consumer feedback from Insights & Intelligence teams and define performance testing protocols.
• Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising for profitable launches.
• Support go-to-market content and develop post-launch FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development or product marketing.
• Experience within the consumer goods or outdoor categories.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing individuals or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be based onsite in Needham, MA.
