What you will do

• Build and maintain forward-looking workforce plans for vehicle deployment and testing in the US and Japan.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for workforce planning and regional coordination across assigned geographies.
• Manage scheduling standards and systems to ensure alignment with local labor laws and compliance.
• Track workforce utilization metrics and coordinate leave planning to ensure healthy operational coverage.
• Support regional partner days, vendor-related operational processes, and invoice coordination.
• Partner with Talent and People teams to support hiring and onboarding plans.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce planning, operations coordination, or fleet/logistics management.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sunnyvale office (Hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating across multiple operational teams or regions.
• Understanding of labor compliance and workforce governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting fleet operations or mobility services.
• Experience working across international or multi-region operations.
• Familiarity with operational planning tools and scheduling systems.
• Experience supporting remote deployments or testing operations.
